With peace and love he fought the things that bind
The arrogance of man
Humbled not his hand
Injustice and intolerance he banned
With a vision
where everyone could live in peace he came
In a New World the woods upon the Delaware were named
A holy experiment was made
A state of peace
with borders of love
A place of peace were persecuted come
A land of laws respecting everyone
A state of peace truly had begun
The ignorance
of man
So vicious and so cruel
That hasn’t learned the simple golden rule
Can never stop a man
Who sees a holy plan
And acts upon the truth within his hand
