Truth unspoken

Sorrow stains her blackened eyes

The pain’s too much can hardly stand

Shadows come
and shadows go
In this earthly dream called home
A goddess of tremendous light
Holds onto the empty night
Tethered to the light in the abyss
Through the
tears she finds her way
Breaks the shackles, heals her pain
Rising up she feels alive
Light glows from her moon soaked eyes
Awakened to the truth in the abyss
You’re
the one I thought I needed
Now I find I stand completed
This goddess is awake alone
Precious shadows brought me home
To eyes wide

I walked through hell
To hear truth spoken
